i keep hearing about idle issues and driveability and lag issues due to the extra plumbing installed, between the turbo and the intake........

I understand, some of the front mount kits I have seen has a mile of plumbing.

I haven't seen any pics yet.......but with the new intake they are working on in another thread, with a stock mount cooler I don't think there will be much pipe to run.

If interested I have a spearco fmic for the hot-air. Was tring to sell it for more, but I'd be willing to go down on price just to move it. I wsitched to an 87 engine and no longer need the kit. The kit is complete, brackets, clamps, hoses, instructions etc etc. Let me know if you are interested.

Spearco intercooler

I have installed the Spearco intercooler and it works great. The turbo spools fast and I have no hesitation issues. I did go to larger injectors, Walbo fuel pump, adjustable regulator, hot wire kit, K&N filter, hooker exhaust at the same time. Check pictures of the install on http://community.webshots.com/user/mrbuick101

mr buick that is a nice setup i like that ram chargers dual electric fans u have there wit thr radiator who did u order that setup from radiator and dual fans ?also whats that white container in front the fans wit some kind of fluid in it and wires coming out of it? did that come wit the electric fans or something ? and my last question did u have to change to the 87 ecm to run ur fans ?

Ramcharger fans

The twin fans are from Ramchargers auto parts, one of our Buick suppliers. The radiator was out of a 85 Olds 442, but it not enough to handle the AC and the front mounted intercooler. I had a local radiator repair shop order a 4 core center section and put the Olds side tanks on it. The white tank is alcohol injection so I don't have to spend money on race gas for the street. The 87 ECU has fan control built into the programming. Many people have put electric fans on 84-85 stock regals so do a search on the subject and there should be plenty of information.
