Intercooler fan

Have a question the threads on my stock intercooler stripped out and the inter cooler shifted and hit the fan destroying it is it safe to drive without it and will I see a difference thanks

The fan was put there to help keep intercooler cooler i say it will not hurt anything deleting it. Every little bit helps concerning cooling.

Actually quite a few people run without one all together. I don't have one and know a few people that don't here in Las Vegas and the temp gets 120+. You're fine.

It really don't do much of anything, but certaintly doesn't hurt anything either....May help a tad more on a stocker vs a stretched....Maybe this is a good time to upgrade to stretched I.C. and leave the fan off as a precaution...Good news is a stock I.C. is cheap enough if you wish too have it replaced.....

Took mine off ,no difference.If you ever bump a curb that fan will do alot of damage in a short period of time

I can vouch for this!! Had to replace complete ic because of this, along with the ic fan!

Crap, considering my fan now sits about 3/8" away from my Thunderfab SLIC I might just remove it
