This is how I purchased my 2015 Regal Premium I, Turbo. 7.5K miles, tons of options, $22K. The original stick was around $34K. I added CAI and Trifecta tune and it's a blast to drive. I've been seeing a lot of the newer low miles cars around for sale at all my local dealers.

Wife's cousin works at Buick dealership, I should check into this a little more. Better than spending $30k on turbo Malibu.
