Internal ring gear not on output shaft!

Page 36:#13 ASTG says the rear internal gear (664) is pressed on to the output shaft - do not remove.

Mine came apart as if it was any other part just sitting on a splined shaft. - What now?

some are like that and it doesnt mean a thing because its all held together with the output shaft snap ring .www.ckperformance.com

the parts seem to fit together just fine - just not pressed together
