So I can't figure out how to upload pics of the white T I bought. When do you Iowa guys want to get together. I went to the cruise spot over on the south side dsm. Kinda lame. So I'd like to figure out something to do.

I am confused. I am a new be to this stuff. I thought the only real difference between a 85 and a 86 is the air cooler and the mounting location of the turbo. I thought all the fuel injection engines pull air through the turbo and push it through the throttle boby. The carb engines the turbo pulls or draws the air and fuel from the carb through the turbo and then pushes it into the intake. So on a 85 is the throttle body in front of the turbo or after? Do you have a carb car?

84-85 cars the throttle body is before the turbo.

I did look at a picture of a 85 gn today. Never realized the throttle was before the turbo. I think us Iowa guys should do a flash mob car show some time. We pick a place and flood it with our cars, eat or shoot the sh** and then leave. What do you guy's think?

Could I possibly park a buick powered Chevy by you guy's? I'm not much of a car show guy. I normally stop in Lehigh and whatch, Dolliver looks like more fun. Just don't know any one. Don't want to intrud.

We usually cruise up leisurely....bypass stratford, and always go through dolliver. The fam likes to go to the show. I'll most likely be cruising the hot air beast.

Cool nice to see a thread already started for us Hawkeye fans ... well cyclones too. Anyway new to the buick group and looking forward to car season 2018. Any car shows you guys are looking forward to this year? Mine isn't in pristine condition but I am looking forward to being busy for about every saturday from May through october. If not I wont have an excuse for not working Saturdays.

Oh my car use to belong to Hyser on these boards. He is from Hiawatha. He sold it to a guy up north who sold it to the dealer in Des Moines I got it from.
