We have been on "Cruise to the Woods" several times. We start in Ames and use Stratford as our "show", then stop in Dolliver State Park and watch the procession pass by on their way to Ft. Dodge. Usually dont have time to spend all day and go to the big show. Its a great time though! Especially leaving Stratford!:biggrin:
I had my GN in the show last year. Didn't make the cruise, or to Stratford.....I was still bolting parts on it in DSM at 10:30 that morning!!
Got to Ft. Dodge around 1:00....then I won Best 80's car!! I was floored! I'll be going again this year...hope to make the cruise this time. Maybe I'll see ya there....or before!
