Anyone use an IPOD FM modulator in their car?
Thinking about getting one for my MP3. Is the unit compatible with other MP3 players?

Im not sure if it is compatible with other players (dought it tough) but with that being said IMO its hit or miss using one of them depending on the car it might sound great or itll sound like ****. Id go another route to hook it up personally.... Are you using a factory headunit?

No, I purchased the car with an aftermarket pioneer set. Since I already have the MP3 player etc ......... Also, thought about going back to the OEM, than the modulator would come in handy, or, get an MP3 compatible unit.

What model mp3 player do you have? Id probely just hook it right up to the head unit and when not using it hide the cord...
