They are sold by guage and lenght.
Most parts houses, have a *GM* splice, by model, and year.

other info from the Buick service manual:

-- fusible link must be less than 9" long.

-- fusible link must be 4 wire guage sizes smaller than the main wire being protected (eg, use an AWG18 link to protect AWG14 wiring).

Don't replace with a larger (lower AWG #) fusible link!
