Is Irc Dead ?

I cant log on to irc. Keeps tellin me connection refused. Darn, I hope its not the Camaro thing.
Ive got things set at Buick Chat, at irc.blitzed.org on 6667

Firewall blocking the ports ??? Thats the error I get at work, they have port 113 and the server ranges blocked out
