Is it a stock turbo??

A friend of mine has a GN that he bought and was told that it has a 61 series turbo. He sent me these pics. He thinks its not what the guy says it is but is unable to identify it. Can anybody tell me if this is a factory stock turbo by looking at these pics?

Not without looking at the wheel. You may have to take off the compressor cover and measure tip to tip at the leading edge of the wheel. It does have a high flow inlet bell so it's either larger than stock or someone has changed the bell.
