Is My Tranny Starting To Slip?

My last trip to the dragstrip, I noticed I got 3600 RPMs staging (with a stock converter), on the tranny brake. I'm thinking my 138k tranny is about to puke! I haven't noticed any problems with the other gears. Dave C.

Consider that if it was slipping in first (forward clutch), all forward gears would subsequently slip also.
