Is my trans on it's way out??

It performed great until one fine day overdrive started coming in very late. Then the next time I took it out overdrive was not there at all and all other gears were coming in way late. And when they did hit, they hit HARD. This is a pretty fresh art car trans. The turbo is also not spooling as is should. I suspect this has something to do with the trans as the motor was running perfect prior to this trans issue. I checked the fluid and it is full. Cable is fine as well. Is this thing on it's way to the other side??
