Is there anyone in south Chicago suburbs who can weld my egr blockoff plate?

The car is in the garage, and the intake is already on the motor. I am just seeing if someone has a portable welder (not sure what you need for aluminum) who can come by and weld the egr block off plate while the motor is in the car??? I have pretty much everything off the top of the motor. with exception to the intake of course. Anyone? I am in New Lenox by the way. I'd like to get rid of the EGR valve so just giving this a shot.

I used the bolt in one and it works fine. I don't think anybody would be able to get the entire plat while on the car, but maybe IMO

Maybe you could borrow some of the DR's J-B Weld

Use a bolt on one like Tom said, they work fine and you can install it yourself. If you really wanted it welded, I could do it, but I would need the intake off the car to do it...
