Is this a good tire size for a stock t-wheel

I am going with a set of hoosier quick time pro dots,i use to have nittos 275/60/15 on stock t-wheel best 60ft.1.83 looking for mid to high 1.7 can the hoosiers do it i was thing about the 27/10.5/15 or is that too big for a mid 12 second car.Whats the perfect size plus i like that big tire look.107mph in 1/4 was my best trap speed.
