Is this a TA49?

I pulled this turbo from my car because it has shaft play and was leaking oil. I thought it was stock but then i saw Precision on the exhaust housing. I thought stock turbos had Garrett exhaust housings? I checked Gnttype turbo pic section and didnt see anything that resembled what i have. My measurements may be off but this is what i measured: 59mm exhaust side and 61mm compressor side with a 24mm wastegate hole.

Looks like a 49 , The inlet on a 49 has 6 blades a stock has 7
