After pondering for awhile the other day I came to the conclusion that the power master has got to be the culprit. Even after changing to bigger rear cylinders(s-10's) and organic brake shoes, leaving them cold(using my line lock) there still was no improvement in holding power. And pads or cylinders aren't going to do anything if the pressure isn't there. Hence conclusion. Thanks for your reply and info on how you stage.
