Yep, he's nuts. They aren't even the original Eagle GT's. Who is going to spend that amount when you know next week or next month somebody is going to list a set of new correct Eagle GT's. The last set I saw went for twice that. I guess if I needed them I would pay it. I saw a new set of 255 Radial GT's for a Vette or WS6 Trans Am go for $3000 a week ago. Now thats nuts.

the original tries from my 87 GN, ( it now has 13K mi) in plastic bags, put away in the garage,
not repo's. the ones that came on the car ! so! ??
are they worth that much? does it make my Gn more valuable?

Yes it does. It's called originality. Notice the stock untouched GN's goin for 20 grand, and the ones with the fuel pump, downpipe, swapped out airbox etc etc (never raced of course) only fetch 13........... hmmmmm
