Is this intercooler big enough?

Hey guys a friend gave me this Intercooler, I was wondering if it is big enough for me to use with a 5.3 and a MP70 turbo in my buick. The core is
19x11.5 and 3 inchs deep, the total dimensions are 25x11.5 and the inlet and outlet are 2.5. What do you guys think?

Any help will be appreciated.
