So when you're using the ISAC as your boost controller do you still need a HD actuator to get the boost over 18PSI.

I had assumed that since it applied pressure to the actuator it would allow > 18PSI on a stock actuator.

I like the idea of being able to turn things down to very low levels.
 
the ISAC will let you go higher with the standard actuator, probably to 25 psi or so.

How high you can go is dependent on many factors, including wastegate hole size, turbine type and housing, and stuff like that.
