Looking for a few things for a build I'm working on.
1) Forged crank, Stock stroke 3.400 external balance.
2) accufab throttle body 70mm
3) precision plenum
4) molnar rods 5.96

I have an almost new 70mm accufab throttle body.

I have a stock stroke crank and matching eagle rods - however the crank is interal balance.. you can just zero balance a stock balancer and flywheel if you wanna save money there.

Just a $.02 suggestion....
If you are investing in a forged engine, it's fairly obvious you will lean on it.
If so, a new SFI flex plate and harmonic balancer are pretty much must have parts.
It should all be balanced, anyway.
