Do you have a hotwired fuel pump and adj. regulator? TUNE!!! Do you have a scan tool to do the basic tps and iac adjustments. Probably causing your high idle. How is it driving?
I would start there. Get your idle vaules good and you should be pretty good up top. What your fuel pressure with vacuum line off the regulator? Get your boost and fuel adjust properly with each other. Will need a scan tool for that, keeping an eye on your 02 volts during WOT. Do a search on tuning there are some good threads.- Nick.
