ive got bad luck

i bought an ipod from best buy on the 9th. well a week later the video ipod came out for the same price. so i decided to exchange mine a few weeks old for the new one. i get there explain that i what the video one. she told me to grab the one i wanted and come back. i ask a saleperson and ask for one. he happens to just have at the computer hes at. (not in the locked case). i take it back and exchange it with no problem. walk to the car open it and what do i find??? this box is sealed. there is no video i pod, there is a old used piece ipod. i was like WTF. so i walk back and tell them what happened. they think im tring to pull a fast one. they said call apple its their fault. i said no i just want a video ipod. there is nothing we can do. i leave call apple they said the store sold a defect its on them. they also said to old busted ipod was sold at that store (hmmm). then call Best buy hotline talk to about 4 reps. none will help. no one will take blame ar responsoblity. i filed a complaint with BBB. and will try call my Cred card and file a fraudulet charge. what i find funny they just got them in 2 days ago. who could have swapped them out that quickly. they told me no returns have been had. wonder if the saleman just finish resealing the package. since the ipod was sold at the store.?
they wont tell me who bought it ethier? WTF!!
sorry if any of you work for them but F#*K BEST BUY they suck a fat pair.
