Jet Hot coating

I've have a new set if headers and am going to get them coated with the Jet Hot 2000. They will coat them inside and out for good heat isolation. Do you think this will help with preventing the infamous header crack?

I would not spend the money for coating on an unrepaired set of headers. Been there done that. I currently have a d-side header crack. When the header was coated it was unused brand spankin' new. I would say use a d-side that has been cracked and then repaired properly and you will have better luck. You should be fine with the p-side one though.
