John Gallina sets record!!!!!!

John Gallina has become the first person to set a NHRA super stock record with a 7second run a 7:98 at 167 MPH. With a Stage 2 Duttweiler 207 cubic inch motor. Running dual ball bearing turbos at "an get this" 45 pounds of boost with a spearco liquid intercooler that drops theoutlet temp to only 70 degrees. Man wish I had one of these on my car. But would probaly have to rob a bank!!! He leaves the line a 38POUNDS OF BOOST. Dam imagine what that cars ounds like leaving the line!!! Running 1:17 60 ft. On this run he said that 6.5 seconds into it one of the intercooler clamps broke an boost fell from 45 pounds to 25 pounds an he still ran a 7:98 man this car is awesome. Which explains his MPH. Says with another good run car will do 7:70's at around 180MPH. Now if you will excuse me im going out riding in my GN. All this kinda got me excited an proud to be a GN owner.

Actually I think its a displacement limit based on weight for the class.
