I didn't think he would holdout or holdup to long to them.

Now if he would just confess to the Hollaway murder so at least that poor family can have closure. He isn't going to last too long in a Peru prison. Justice is going to be served up Dahmer style. Some inmate is going to carry out the death sentence he deserves. Don't think he is going to get any special protection in the Peru prison system.

It looks like he may get life in prison instead of the standard 20 to 35 years for murder since they've said robbery was the motive for him killing her.

When he goes to trial for this he won't have a jury,a judge will decide if he's gilty or not and will decide what the sentence will be.

It couldn't happen to a more deserving guy.

IDEA!! Teach the inmates how to do a waterboard session. Video and sound in the cell, and turn them loose! The inmates that get the info get an early release.

They have said it will be 4 to 5 months before he goes to trial and they are going to keep him in a cell by himself because they are affraid the other prisoners will seriously injure or kill him.

I bet once the trial is over and he is put out in the general population of that prison, his jail sentence is going to be very very short.
