I'm working on a wet Nitrous system for my Buick. I have the power plate in my car. Just wondering if it will affect the nitrous as it enters the upper plenum to the lower intake. I don't know if I will have to remove power plate. Anyone using this setup. My nitrous will be connected on the inlet pipe a few inches before TB.

The PP works fine with alcohol, and i think Nitrous would be the same. The PP evens flow to all cylinders. This means the nitrous will be evenly distributed to all cylinders, instead of just the first four. You should be fine

Cool!! Hopefully everything works good. I'm starting out with a little shot (50 hp) to see how the car reacts. Will have about 24 lbs of boost with a low timing chip. :D

GOOD TIRES

I'm using a set of HOOSIER quick pro times 27x11.5 x15 on 15x8 weld pro star wheels. They hook up pretty good on the street once they get a quick burn. But I do wonder how they would hook with a quick squirt of JUICE.:D

funny you said that you have those tires:eek: i just bought the same ones and i can fry them all the way through first on just my first stage i need to work with the tire pressure an have the rims drilled and are lowering the air down to 8-10 pounds and then giveing it another shot. you should be ok i was running low 12's when i had a set of et streets and they seemed to work good with a 50 shot:D but after that it smoke city;)

So what are you running with the bottle? How much are you spraying? I plan on starting with a 50 shot then work on a 75 shot. This is probably all I'm going to spray. I have a TA62 with a 20 row IC, 50 lb inj. I plan on running a low timing chip between 20-21 degree of timing with NOS and C16 fuel.:D

I am running a dual stage system. 1 fogger in the up-pipe and i have 6 other foggers welded into the hat. the car has a stock turbo and intercooler lots of bolt on mods and extremely light right around 2900 pounds(carbon fiber and fiberglass). The car has two seperate fuel systems with 2 seperate fuel cells along with 2 bottles . we burn our own chips and my car (The mutant) uses a thumb wheel with all sorts of settings depending on what pulls up next to you. the total both systems are spraying are 125 shot and the car likes it 75 shot out of the hole and the rest down the track. the total system is capable of spraying 500 but i like to keep the heads on the car rather than the bleechers. if i can get you email i will try to send you pics of the car and the system setup:cool:

I would like to see the pictures of your car and nitrous system. I also have every bolt on except for ported heads. I have stock heads with upgraded springs and new seals. I'm still saving my coins for a set of Champion Ported Irons or GN1's.

I seen in your post that you'll be running around 24 # of boost. Is that BEFORE the NOS? My boost goes up about 5# when I hit the button, so I'm at 19 to 20# boost without it. Just thought I'd let you know, because if not, that would mean 29# boost for you:eek: HTH
