Start car, let it warm up.. look at IAC numbers. If they are high, open throttle blade screw 1/4 turn.. If they are low.. close blade.. check TPS to make sure its within the .38-.46 range.. drive car and let it learn the new setting. Go back into park.. look at IAC.. readjust accordingly. Any number above zero is ok. I typically target 15-20 at idle.
A little back and forth.. you'll get it set. If it gives you a lot of trouble, may look for a new IAC motor and make sure TB is clean.

and keep in mind, the TPS reading will change as you're screwing with the throttle stop screw. If you go too far out of range, it might throw a TPS code, or trick the ECM into thinking you're not at idle. It's a back and forth balancing act.

I got it I just reset my ECM and crossed my fingers, I set translator base to 0 and it ran a lil rough at first but once the ECM kicked in the car now runs great. I also found an exhaust leak near the cat I'm sure it's killing my performance, so now I'm going to start in on it soon thanks to everyone that helped with this

An exhaust leak past the turbo won't hurt your performance any. After it exits the turbine, it doesn't count anymore.
