i just heard about this thing last week. Turns out I got a slacker for a brother hes 21 Im 23. He couldnt get a car loan from anyone in Toledo. So he ends up at a used car lot and they put this thing in the car because hes considered HIGH RISK. ya know poor credit sh1t job that sorta stuff. But hes still my bro.
