Just got re-built......not shifting right

i just recently got the 200 4r br-f rebuilt.....it shifts nice and hard from 1st to 2nd.....but from 2nd to 3rd it hesitates. I dont think its really slipping, it just seems to pause before it shifts into 3rd....altho im no transmission expert....it could be slipping

Is my TV cable not set right? or maybe wore out? or does it sound like maybe something internal? Let me know what ya think

....forgot to mention......when going from park to rev. theres a delay also. Any ideas?
