Finally got my car converted to e85. I went with the dw301 pump, 80s and a tt chip. The problem is that I have absolutely no control over my fuel pressure. It just erratic and hovers around 38 psi. My fp regulator is a stock appearing adjustable unit. I also tried an accufab fp regulator and still no control. This time it had a fp of 50 psi with no adjustment either. Just stayed at 50 psi. What could possibly b going on? Do I have the wrong fp regulators or is it something else?

It's possible that your return line is kinked, or squeezed in some places. I was able to drill out the Saginaw fittings, and get my pressure down. I have not experimented with higher base fp yet, but some other board members prefer to run a high base fp for various reasons, so your high pressure may not be a problem. Just have to make sure it rises under boost. I'm sure they will chime in.
