I spoke to Pole Position (not the gentleman's club) in Corona today and we would need 8 or more to get the group rate. For $45 you would get 14 laps of qualifying and 16 laps of racing. For $60 you add 12 practice laps before qualifying and racing. They are open from 10 am to 12midnight and they could reserve a date and time with a 50% deposit. So we just need to pick a date,time and collect the deposit.

Years ago, I remember the day!
When you first braged that your car was 11s capable. You took it to Irwindale to run it. You had enough Armor-All on your tires for ten cars. You couldn't seem to get the car to hook for some reason. The joke was that the Armor-All had dripped all over the tread a made the tires spin. As I remember, your comment was that the chicks dug you because your tires were shiny. I guess that I must have believed you. It seemed to make perfect sense at the time. I mean, why else would they dig you?

Im not hating at all, good luck with your parts project car you just bought, it's really a shame that such a nice car that took the owner many years to put together its going to get turned into a piece of junk after you guys are done with it :frown: ..

Does that passenger door have a remote mirror on it?
I might want to take the passenger side off you hands....for a loyal customer price.:biggrin:
Mine has a repairable dent under the mirror....
The last owner hung the mirror up as he backed out his garage. So the mirror is glued to the pedistal and there's a noticeable tweak to it.
