Hello everybody, glad to be back on the net again. Had to leave for Katrina, I and my family are Blessed to be ok. But had to leave the car behind, i have not seen it since the storm, but i know it's still in the garage from pics i've seen of the house & garage from peeps who were able to get back in so far. This is a pic a few days before Katrina, can anybody help me get it in my Avatar, Thanks. I will rebuild.

From the pics your friends took could you determine if your stuff was flooded? Hopefully it wasn't and you didn't suffer too much damage.

It's a shame that you had to leave that car behind. I hope that everything turns out okay.

I'll get that avatar up as soon as I can get to it. :)

I love those wheels and they look great with the tires.

Hey guys ,thanks. The wheels are weld racing magnum wheels, from what i have heard the water should have got about 4ft above the car. So i have my work cut out for me when i get started.

Wow sorry to hear that. Keep posting as to the status. I am sure you will have it up and running after a little work, hopefully a little and not a bunch.

Darryl, I live in LaPlace, let me know if you need anything for the car. PM me if you do. BTW nice car. Roll bar isn't for looks is it? I thought I knew everyone with a TR in Southern La.

Glad you are safe,,NOW you should be shot...........NO F" ing way I am ever leaving my car behind,,,How much notice did everyone have ........................Tell us why you left it there, did you not think this would happen,I certainly didnt think it would be that bad.....Sorry to hear :(

I only had one day to get ready to leave, we all in N.O. been missing the big one for many years and a lot of us waited to the last minute to see what the storm was going to do, plus i don't have a trailer. And getting my family out of there was an always will be more inportant to me. I can,t replace my kids, but in a few months i can have that car up & running.Turbo6..I though i knew a lot of people downsouth also, at least the fast ones that is. :) I'm good friends with Eric Spuplock, do u know him..?

Get that thing out of storage and go for a ride :)
I think you have some pent up withdrawls for not
driving your Buick

Darryl---what is the size and back spacing of your rims? i really like these rims but i cant believe the fronts are more than the rears!! thanks. Len

Dude I'd love to drive my car right now, but It would take at least an hour to get it out of storage, But I did start it last Sat. I can't believe how much I miss it. Also the way things are right now with these fuggin storms I certainly don't feel like digging the car out of storage.
