I have a stock bottom end, champion heads & intake, ATR stretched intercooler, 42.5 lb injectors & a 5?lb 7th injector, te 60 turbo, atr headers external gate and exhaust

I have a buddy with not as much as I do that is running the KB 70 MM TB and plenium and is telling me how great his car is running since. I just had someone @ ATR tell me a 65 would be ok but a 70 would slow me down unless I had a stage 2.

I can't get ahold of my buddy right now to tell him what they've told me but I want to get some opinions on this piece.
If I have more than he does and his car runs fine how could this slow me down??

Any opinions??

You signiture says that you have a 10 second GN. How deep into the 10's are you? The tb/plenum will help when you are in the 10's, but not if you are in the 12's.....

p.s get rid of the 7th injector. Put on a set of MSD50's and have a good chip burned for it. 7th injector is old skool.

:D Yeah, i'm old school and coming back outta the closet.

My car is actually high 10s (or WAS back in its day).

80s @ best on the "best day".

That's with full weight including spare/jack , steel bumpers, a/c and all metal. I've never weighed the car but I plan on it soon.
The only difference in race trim and street trim is Weld draglites all around, 10 gallons of Maximal, Fluke 52 and laptop. Street trim is steel wheels, 93 octane and no scan tools.

Thanks :)
