Can you guys do payment when the product is made or in stock? Or shipp COD. This will make him shipp his product alot quicker because he won't get paid until the product in made and shipped to the consumer.

I have had a problem with a major cam vendor, with the same BS
Order 1 jul...told 4 times that it was shipped, ended up getting ground on 27 Aug. Their reply to all the BS was to offer me $100 off my next order.
There will be NO ORDER FROM ME EVER. I'm just that way.
You have to stand up for your mistakes and take care of your Customers (That's why it's called Customer Service) or no matter how good your product is you will never get orders.

If someone is having a problem at this time on a pending order, I would suggest you contact Nick Micale. He has worked and resolved a lot of the problems that some have had. If you are just dregging up old crap, get over it and move on. If you are having a CURRENT problem, contact Nick. Otherwise, those just complaining because that is their favorite mode of communication, try to find something positive to talk about. This is not a soap opera, and we don't serve wine either. So, now with this being said, you can direct your attention to me and tear me up. LMAO. It's ok to have a concern, but just complaining about things and rehashing old problems doesn't fix anything. Take it thru the mediation process that is set up here for everyones convenience. If I wanted to hear fighting all the time, I wouldn't of divorced. Mark :D
 
Guys...Believe me...I KNOW what you are going through!! I waited for almost 6 months on mine!! I DO NOT think that Keith is trying to *rip* anyone off. I know that it is VERY frustrating when you cannot get a response from him in days or weeks at a time. But I don't to date know of anyone who has not gotten their product sooner or later. Probably later. To those waiting, as suggested, contact Nick and see if he can expedite the situation a little quicker for you. Keith does make very nice products, but it still leaves a sour taste in your mouth having to wait so long for them. Not bashing, not defending.
 
Why is it taboo for the Buick community to discuss the despicable treatment they and their friends have experienced at the hands of this man? Who is it hurting? Mease? Who's fault is that? Mease. And just because someone hasn't been swindled by him doesn't mean they can't be concerned for their Buick brethren and their well-being.

Is the board running out of disk space? I think it's a healthy was for the poeple who have been treated like dog turds to kind of get together and vent. A Mease support group if-you-will.

Or is he still a paying advertiser?

There is a major difference between airy a grievence and being just plain crude in what you say. Like I said, if you are still having problems, take it up with either Nick Micale, or the BBB. When you come here and start a pissing contest, it just plain ruins the flavor of the whole board. When you come on and make your statements, no matter how founded, it's just one side of a story, and why should you be believed any more than someone else. Ripped off? I don't think so. Received poor customer service? Definately. Learn the meaning of the words you use prior to making statements calling someone a rip off. You could be held liable in a court for your statements if the offended party followed thru on it. This is not Jerry Springer. We don't come in here to bitch and complain about every little thing that bothers us. You have a remedy to persue, use that avenue. If you don't, it makes me wonder if there is more to the story. Remember, there are two sides to every story and the truth lies somewhere in between. If Meese is taking forever to get parts out, then the market will handle it. If you come here to just whine and don't do anything to fix your situation, then shame on you. If you paid for your parts by credit card and haven't received them, your card company will handle that for you. Don't just come here and whine when you could be out rectifying your own problems. I looked through this thread and do not find you to be an "injured party"? If so, then give me your facts. If you have a problem with Keith or his products, start your own thread with ALL the appropiate information. I do not even see your name here in public, you are just commenting without cause or fact.

We are not going to allow off-hand comments slamming ANY vendor or person without data to back up the truth.

Yours is the most "unprofessional" post in this thread which was started by someone praising Keith and then many others started with very negative comments.

You are NOT qualified to stand in judgement of the board administration as we do not even know who, or what, you are? I personally resent you questioning my business, board or personal ethics and coming from any unknown quantity, you, it has no value. My name and phone number is public so I have nothing to hide or gain by "burying" anything which is done here.

Yes, I do not take lightly being called unprofessional, having questionable ethics or covering up for advertisers. The reason Bruce asked me to be a moderator was because of my integrety. This I value very much and will not allow you or anyone to degrade it. Since you are supposed to be one of the "people that know", this post should be very clear to you.
 
still waiting. It's been since may 11th. jason meyers handled the ebay side of the business (was just simpler for me to do it that way at the time while I was in the mideast, and I figured it might be safer) and he is now fed up with mease, wouldn't help me at all trying to remedy this, and I've had no luck with contacting keith. please help nick. Thank you,

Super six, YES liable. Your complete bitch is over nothing more than a complete need to complain without any personal experience. As far as lawyer, you are right, I am not one, but I have three in my family, and yes, your unfound malicious statements are made with the intention to defame someone. That is liable. You are responsible for your words. You aren't witty, you aren't speaking from experience, and your aren't speaking from an intelligent stand point. You are plainly just complaining from the need to hurt. If you have nothing ever good to say, then keep your freaking mouth shut. Anyone can pile on after the fact. By the way, As Nick said, if you have a specific problem with Meese, then take it to him. I have a strong sense you won't though because your main aim here is to just throw gas on a fire, rather than take a leadership role and work things out as most of us adults do. I am new to this board but I am confused about one thing.Is it your goal to regulate not only content but ones opinion.I understand that you want to protect Mr.Meases name from unfounded banter but you obviously have a tilted view.It seems to me that if an up-standing businessman needs a third party to resolve his own business mis-dealings that you would be a little more understanding of some ranting.Oh and by the way, Untill Mr.Mease takes control of his poor business practices and starts handling his own problems, I doubt even your legal team could win him a case.
 
For all of you want to be lawyer types ....it isn't "liable"...it is "libel" and they have totally different meanings. If you are going to toss around big words...at least spell them correctly. It kind of loses some of the thunder when you are spelling it wrong.

Pretty simple concept around here. If you have a problem, you contact the moderators, administrators first via e-mail. Keep it private. These guys have some pull in the Buick community. After you make contact, in a proffesional matter, state your facts, in a proffesional way. I have never seen any moderators, administrators "censor" the truth, and have never treated me this way even during my CAS fiasco.

It's thier sandbox and if we don't like it we can play somewhere else.

Thanks Ted, seems like you are one of the "few" that understands how this board is run.:)

About "nisnutz" being confused, you probably got that way from some of the complainers voicing an opinion that only shows one side of the situation, and they just join in to be heard, not contributing anything of value. Please tell me where our view is "tilted"? Since you are new here I will assume you know only a small part of the entire situation. I do not want to re-state it here, check the archives yourself. Even as a newbe, you have a negative opinion about Keith without all the facts, just negative comments from what you have seen here.

The board guidelines do not allow name calling, personal attacks or other offensive comments. This thread started with a compliment and a few bystanders had to give their negative opinions which were not needed or wanted.

We work hard to maintain a professional level of this board and keep it at a "PG" rating. If there is a problem with any vendor, TB advertiser or not, posting it in a decent, factual manner is acceptable and always has been.
 
Niz, no one is having an opinion suppressed. We will not allow anyone to come in and start bashing ANYONE. This subject has been around for awhile now and a system was set to resolve any problem customers were having with this particular vendor. If you look at the begining of this thread, someone was praising the purchase they made but were still smarting from the time it took to get those parts. That is a reasonable statement being they were delayed for so long. The trouble arose when the few that can't seem to let things from the past go started coming in and started whining about the past. One of the people complaining has not bought from the vendor before, but likes to pile on. That is all that is happening. Differences of opinion are what make coming to a forum the experience it is. All we here are doing is trying to keep it civil, rather than back alley in nature.,,,,Mark :D
 
Blown, ty for the correction. I try to work and do this at the same time. But regardless of the spelling, the message is still the same. So don't try to pick apart the validity of a statement on a grammatical error. That is the TRUTH, which I handle quite well ty. And where was the name calling? You must be referring to where the negatives were tearing apart the vendor in question huh? Mark :D
