We brought Tweaked to CA today (8/27/2024) where Ken Duttweiler and his team will be adding the power and finishing up the details to get our race car track ready

Who built that car originally? I remember around the early 90's a 10 inch tired Regal that color without tweaked on the side at Union Grove up in Wisconsin. I remember it because it did some entertaining twisted wheelies when it launched. I remember taking video's of it. I'm wondering if that's the same car.

AIRC, Lawrence Conley did.
He had the car at a race we attended in Memphis.
We were there to run in the "efi classes".
I don't recall if it was lettered or not.

the short answer is YES the car you remember and this car now owned by us, whoosh motorsports are the same car
Originally built and owned by Laurence Conley of Conley's Performance Plus. The car was sold , logo removed and passed around a few times as an untitled race car until we found it sitting in a shop in Canada
Once purchased and imported back to the USA, we were able to find and transfer the original title of Tweaked from the Conley's to the Miller's (us)
This complete rebuild of Tweaked is the first time since sold by Laurence that the Tweaked logo is on the car again which is a Trademarked logo with agreement between the Conley's and myself to use

It is so Awesome to see this car come back to life.
A lot of people who are just getting into Turbo Buick's, have no clue just how important this particular car is and how much the Conley's did for us all in the community. Lot's of records set by that car and tons of priceless info learned from CPP back in the early days. Not only by me, but also a bunch of my friends.

Thank you for saving this car. It means a lot to us OG's out there.
