kenne bell chip help

i went to install a thrasher chip in my 84 t type and found a kenne bell chip already in. the part number is 90044 or 90046 the last digit is written weird. it also has an orange circular sticker on top of it. can anyone help me figure out what the specs are on it and all of the details? thanks alot.

Thrasher for a hot air? I *think* they were only designed for intercooled 86/87 cars?
