WOW, all I can say is what a terrific guy !! my buddy bought a DS, and it worked only briefly..tried it on my car, nothing..emailed Kent, said to sent it all to him and he'd take care of it...in less than a week, had it back, fixed up, and the man would not take a penny..Talk about standing behind your product!!!! It was nice to see that there are some great vendors out there, despite some of the horror stories and complaints we often read about on the boards...

I agree, I bought one off the board here. It was suppose to be "Brand New, never used". When I got it, it was obviously used. I hooked it up and it wouldn't work. I sent it to Kent and he fixed it for free and had it back in less than a week!

my buddy hooked the ribbon cable up on my DS backwards, and it got fried, chu fixed it for 25 bucks and updated the ribbon cable to the shielded one for free = first class service
