Just wanted to say my experience on the phone with Diana has been nothing short of outstanding. I received a box today of quite a few items I ordered on June 23rd totalling almost $290 and among those items was a $13.95 can of 1200° Aluminum color spray paint. Only problem with that was the color of the paint was supposed to be Cast Blast Gray. I called Diana up again and she verified that I had in fact ordered the right color and told me to keep the Aluminum paint and she'd ship the right one out to me. I was prepared to just pay for another can to get the right color (even though I've already got a bunch of Aluminum colored paint laying around) rather than go through the hassle of shipping it back to them, so I was surprised and very pleased when she told me that. I've already placed another order with them since this one and there will be many more...
