Kirbans Pinion snubber on an s-10

I got reeled into buying a snubber then after researching here realized it sucks for our cars.It is new,never opened and was going to return it.My buddy has a built S-10 pickup and I was wondering that since this is a leaf spring vehicle would the snubber fit and work on the S-10 stock suspension.He has no traction at all right now.
