Installed this kit last night to replace the power master, The pedal seems to be binding, When you initially push to pedal it is firm. As you continue the downward stroke it loosens or softens until you get near the end of the stroke where it again becomes firm.
Kirbans site says there is no drilling required of the pedal to relocate the pin that the booster rod slides over. It seem like the rod is rubbing on something. I think the "pedal pin" needs to be repositioned to allow the stroke to be correctly aligned.
Lastly, as the pedal returns to the up position, the car is still slightly braking. You need to put your toe under the pedal and lift it to stop the mild braking and turn off the brake lights. Opinions?

Make sure the mounting plate is flush against the fire wall. There are some wires ect just underneath the area the plate mounts. If it's not flush and tight you will get someone binding.
