Well, it seems that the Knight Rider series will start tomorrow on NBC @ 9pm EST. I'm not to crazy about seeing a Mustang for the car, but let's how long the show will last...

The Bionic Woman didn't last much... unless I'm mistaking and they are planning on a new season in Sept... yeah right!!

We'll see how it goes...

Knightrider should of been a GN....

Yeah right. I can see the headlines on Entertainment Weekly-" Knight Rider 2008 driving a 1980's something Midnight Black Monte Carlo"

Only a handful of people that I run into when I am in my car know what it is and have any respect for it. Most people think I just tricked out a Monte.

Hasselhoff really is a geezer now. Knight Rider aged into an old V6 black Buick.

The first episodes would be either he saves a bingo pallor from getting over taken by the mob or He fights to keep his AARP membership benefits....

check this link out and scroll down to where they put new prices on the old kitt vs. new kitt.....11 million vs. 45 million. Talk about inflation. LOL
But its all for crime fighting...:p

LMAO. You know, after looking at the car it seems that is carries more weight with all the stuff they put on it. LOL Anyhow, I'm not a fan of Ford, but it looks ok. I wish they had used the new Camaro instead, but I do know is because Ford won the battle of the dollars against GM. Oh well hope the series are better...

Theres nothing wrong with Knightrider being a Stang-

Mustangs are popular, and a very nice looking sports car. Ford does have deep pockets, and they're loyal to their sportscar at least.

What has Buick done lately for innovation, and marketing? GM puts it into the Corvette and the new Camaro? Oh, I forgot the Impala SS and GM Supercharged Trailblazer.

GM needs a new Grand National. Period. And they need a retro 87 model, that's a takeoff from the Grand National/GNX. If not, then they need to just mass produce the GNX with new technology- would be pretty nice....

Shame they used a $hitstang. I'll never watch it just for that reason!

Right...

I'd rather see a Toyota then a Ford product!

Ford at least appreciates where it's performance roots are or at least Bill Ford does. I really like the newer body styled Mustangs. You just look at it and know it came from the original Mustang blood line.

Toyota's hopes of having that legendary performance car died when they pulled the plug on the Supra. Supra=velocity. At least it had a good run:frown: Nissan still pushes the skyline and GTR as far as they can. What "supercar" does Toyota have now? Toyota could make one of those turd scions into a KITT car. I always play around with this guy from work that slapped a supercharger on his cute little scion TC. I'm in a 4 door regal and still out run him, even in the corners.

Just my opinion:) except the part about outrunning the TC.

At least they gave some respect to the original KITT.

It was cool that they had the shot with the old TPI unit on the dismantled car.

They tide the story pretty to make it a good sequel. Hopefully it won't stink like the old version. You know, Sundays doesn't really have anything going on TV anyways unless they are showing Drag Racing on ESPN 2.

it sucked

My thoughts on it:
