knock help

I need some help diagnosing and tuning my car. I am not sure what information will be needed, so...

First, at low loads, the trans will clunk when upshifting.
From a stop, if I get in it too much I will get high knock numbers on the scanmaster.
If it downshifts, I will usually get some high knock numbers.

The trans fluid is nice, clean and red. What should I look for? What other information do you guys need?

What octane fuel, what boost, and what fuel pressure? Maybe false knock? What do your 02's look like?

I am running 93 or 94 Chevron in Georgia, I don't remember which octane it is. I am running 15 pounds with a Reds street chip or a pte street chip. Fuel pressure is set at 42 with the line off. I played with it within a few pounds and got nothing but worse. The O2's are jumping up and down just fine. I am running 009s and a ta49. What other info is needed?

Well man, I'm not the expert here maybe some others will chime in. If your transmission is making those noises maybe that or something else is creating false knock. I would probably splash in some xylene or race fuel and see if the knock goes away. If it does then its real knock, if not probably false. Just my 02, I'm sure you'll get some more advice here soon. I bought a trans filter, but haven't gotten it in yet.

Any help would be appreciated.
