340 HOTWIRED FUEL PUMP
42LBS INJECTORS
110 OCT FUEL
STOCK TURBO
FUEL PRESS REG SET AT 45LBS
7 TO 10 DEG ON SCANMASTER
STOCK CHIP
15LBS OF BOOST
TEMP 175
has the knock sensor ever been off the motor and if so it might have been overtightened which will give you false knock. You have 42.5 injectors and stock chip .??????
O2's indicate the car is very lean - most likely the source of your knock. As stated need correct chip with your injectors - although a stock chip with 42.5's I think would cause the car to run rich?

Judging by what you have listed in your first post:
At any rate you should not be seeing any knock at 15 lbs of boost with 110 octane fuel.. Something else is wrong..
1) You need the correct chip for the 42.5lb injectors.
2) You listed the o2's were 600-700 = WAY too Lean!!
3) Check to make sure your fuel pressure is actually correct and that the gauge is reading right. If you don't have one you will need one you can watch while driving the car.
4) Also make sure your fuel pressure regulator is good.
5) Is your fuel pressure dropping under load? If so, it could be the fuel pump.
i was thinking of my other gn has the 42s
this one has the blue tops, stock chip, fuel press is at 42 with vac off
boosst set at 15 around 10lbs it starts to show 6 deg of kr

I have a 36lb turbo tweak chip burned for 100 octane 22,21,22 timing that I will sell cheap if you are interested. It's just sitting in a drawer getting old.
