Knock ???

I know that green is not as bad on the knock gauge as red. My question is how bad is green? What kind of damage is being caused or what could happen if your running only a few degrees of knock? I'm not having any knock I'm just curious as to the severity of green on the knock gauge as to yellow or red.

I have both Casper's 10 LED gauge and their audible alarm. The audible will never beep on light knock that only lights up the green. So, according to John Spina, it's nothing to worry about.

Anyone know how much knock it takes (approx.) to set off the audible one?
Through my bad tuning (prior to getting Tlink) I have put my car through quite a bit of detonation. Even though I havent actually blown a head gasket what type of damage should I be worrying about that could have taken place?
