wheels are locked all the time so it is a always a posi.Lil harder on the axles,but won't have any clutch pack slip or clutches to rebuild from to many burnouts..I had one behind my last regal that had a 450 hp small block for 5 years with stock 8.5 axles and open carrier with a mini had no problems.The mini spool is made by Richmond.
