Late 1099 Question?

Last year I was 1099'ed by a company. The first week of February, I had to leave the company and I still have not received my 1099. We are not on good terms at the moment and I am nervous he is changing things on my 1099. Is there any action I can take now to force him to send me my 1099 and what do I do if it is incorrect?

is the phone number for the IRS and you need to call.

this is for 2004 correct?
when you call you need to have all the info of that employer, address phone ect, they will contact the employer and request that it will be sent to you.

that request cannot be made before the 18th of february, so wait another week.

my dad works for the IRS, just trying to help out

just wait a week and see what happens, then call that phone number and go thru the procedure.
