Sorry for ANOTHER KR post.
Here's what I'm getting: MAD KR as the boost ramps up, even with moderate driving, and 10 lbs or less. It is audible, and I've noticed it for several days now. I decided to go WOT so I'd get a recording on the scanmaster, 13 degrees at ~ 25 mph (not sure). On a second blast, I noted O2 less than 100, and 8 degrees KR. After the initial ramp up, all is smooth with a tickle of 1.6 on the 2-3 shift, O2 in low 800's at low end of third gear. Boost max is 14 lbs. 93 octane.

Here's what I've changed recently:
1. Installed a used accufab AFPR, set to 44 line off. This replaced a 237 regulator. (BTW, th 237 measured 48 before removal )

2. Removed the alky pump to service a wiring issue, thus I've backed off the boost to 14 max.

Funny thing is I used to run 17 + lbs before I ever did alky, but the 14 is tickling KR in 3rd. You think I've just got FP adjusted too low? Maybe my FP gauge is bad? Other random thoughts?

TIA

If you are running stock injectors, then the recommended fuel presure to run is 45 line off. I'm not really sure if 1psi matters that much but this is just a thought.

Also can you watch the fp gauge while you are driving to see if it indexes 1psi fuel for each 1psi boost?

I'm begging to question both the AFPR and the fuel gauge. The guage read 45, then when I shut it down and released the pressure, I heard the spring in the regulator. Then I put on the 237 and it reads 48. Gonna leave it alone for a while and drive to see how things go.
