Why am I leaking fluid from under the master cylinder cover? I have a new powermaster that seems to be working fine, but I notice that fluid is leaking out from under the black cover. I tried two different covers/seals and same thing. Do I have too much fluid in there?

With the ign switch OFF, pump the brake pedal untill the pedal gets hard to push, should be about 10-15 presses.Then check your fluid level. That is the proper way to check the fluid with the PM. Asum u stil have the PM
Also wipe out the cover and both sides of the gasket before installing and make sure the center divider is lined up accordingly on the gasket.
