lean or guage wacked?

i havent had a chance to put it back on the scan tool but i instaleld a air/fuel ratio gage autometer with a new o2 sensor and the thing will read ok i guess when im at throtle or cirtin conditions .. but at idle or no load cruse nothing even shows up .. am i running lean durring this time or is it a guage thing.. the car seems to be a little rough lately so maby thats soemthign.

I have the same gauge and it does the same thing. I have no clue whats wrong with it, came with the car when i got it.

You cannot use your air fuel guages as a reliable tuning source. I have one, just for looks. My car is always stoich. no matter how rich or lean I may really be, because the computer is always compensating for your lean/rich condition. Go get a scan tool
you wont be dissappointed with the acuracy. Good luck

an uppdate i had my car on a snapon scanner at work today and the gauge tells exactly what the snapon scanner says .. when its lean .. just nothign shows up i guess its that degree of lean. so now i need to know why its lean durring these conditions
