I was looking at the GM tech bulletins for my trans (85 BQ) and for soft shifts gm recommended the usual 569 servo and also 694. But for heavy duty service they recommend a 144 servo. any body familiar with this unit.

i believe that is the replacement number for the 694 servo and cvr assembly,but i am not 100 percent sure.ckperformance.
